8. Future plans if any in the department:

The department will serve as standard microbiology center with full range of equipments that support the diagnostic needs of the institute. Hopefully all types of immunological diagnostic work-up by ELISA and PCR will be introduced in this department provided the equipments are supplied by higher authorities.

Our mission is to co-ordinate and integrates all of the Diagnostic effort of ShSMC into a comprehensive program. We are constantly inspired by the teams that work together for this vital cause. Through the continued generosity of friends and partners we will be able to continue to make strides towards conquering disease diagnosis. We are grateful everyday for the collective work that is done and for the gracious support we receive.
